We try and plan the activities a few weeks in advance so that we know what we could be doing as work can sometimes get in the way! You don't have to come to all the social events, but it is a good way to know the other members of the group and make friends. Also an advantage is is that if you can drive more people can go to further activities.  

Here is a list of social activites we do and arrange to do between each meeting.

  • Ten Pin Bowling - Megabowl in Colchester, Chelmsford.
  • Roller Skating - Rollerworld.
  • Cinema - Colchester, Ipswich, Clacton.                         
  • Clubbing - Chicagos, Pubs - Moons & Starfish, Tom Peppers.
  • Ice Skating - Chelmsford. Swimming - Colchester Leisure Pool, Aqua Springs.
  • Weekend Away.
  • Trip to Thorpe Park - £15 to £20.
  •  Meals.
  • Dinner Party.                                
  • Quizzes.
  • District Rotaract Events.
  • Bingo.
  • Video Nights.
  • Trips to Europe.
  • Day Trips.
  • Shopping Trips - Lakeside.
